Qualifying as a Rising Kitchen

In order to operate as a Rising Kitchen, you must have*:

  1. A registered business with an EIN

  2. Food Manager Certification (e.g. ServSafe)

  3. A minimum of $1,000,000 general liability and product liability insurance at all times

  4. The right license to operate (we’ll help you figure out which one(s) you need).

  5. A signed user agreement

*The only criteria you must have upon applying to be a Rising Kitchen is a registered business. All other criteria in the above list can be obtained upon being accepted. Rising Kitchens staff and partners can also help you navigate and secure each of these requirements. We’re here to hold your hand and navigate the paperwork :)
